I did not grow up with comforts. I come from a middle-class family where dreams were always bigger than our circumstances, yet I always believed that education has the power to change a life.

My journey did not start with big plans. It started with only ₹200 in my pocket… and a determination that I would not stop.

Life tested me more than once. At a time when I was struggling to survive, trying to find a direction, I lost my mother. Everything felt unstable — not just around me, but inside me. The pain was deep, and the future looked completely uncertain. But even in that darkness, I made a promise to myself: I will not give up. I will stand again, for her, for myself, and for the dreams I still carried.

I began to teach. There were no resources, no big classrooms, no advertisements. There was just passion. Slowly, the results began to speak. My students started topping board exams. Every time a student improved, I felt a part of my own life healing.

Education became my purpose, not just a profession. I worked for three years with the Ministry of Agriculture, Government of India… but deep inside, I knew my true mission was with the students, in the classroom, changing lives.

I have already witnessed thousands of stories transform in front of my eyes. That is why I created Aarsh Institute — not to run a coaching center, but to build a place where every student feels they belong. A place where no child is judged for money, background or English. A place where education has a heart.

My dream is to reach every child who wants to learn but does not get the chance. I want to make sure that the lack of money never stops a child from dreaming.

Aarsh Institute is not brick and walls.
