Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Aarsh Institute, we strive to offer high-quality learning experiences. Since our offerings are 100% digital, our refund policy is designed to ensure clarity and fairness.
1. Course Refunds (Online / Live / Recorded)
- Refund requests must be made within 3 days of purchase.
- Refunds are only valid if less than 10% of the course has been accessed.
- After 3 days or upon accessing a major portion of the course, no refunds will be issued.
- Live class refunds are only applicable if the session was cancelled by Aarsh Institute.
2. eBooks, Notes, and Digital Downloads
- Once downloaded or accessed, no refunds will be provided for any digital product.
3. Webinars and Special Sessions
- Non-refundable unless the session is cancelled or rescheduled by us.
4. Refund Processing Time
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.
