Purchases & Refunds

There could be several reasons why your payment is not processing:

Insufficient balance – Please check your bank account or wallet balance.

Incorrect card or UPI details – Ensure all entered information is accurate.

Bank/server issues – Temporary server downtime from your bank or payment gateway may interrupt the transaction.

Payment limit exceeded – Daily transaction limits set by your bank may be reached.

Expired card or blocked account – Check if your card is valid or account is active.

If your issue persists, try using a different payment method or contact your bank. You can also reach our support team at support@aarshinstitute.com for help.
